Knitting Workshop
The Delta-Galil Dov Lautman knitting workshop in the Department of Textile Design functions as a resource for student projects and a centre for the design industry, preparing machine knitted prototypes.
The workshop has three, computerized Stoll flatbed knitting machines, alongside two circular machines - one of which is a Striper, and the other is used to produce seamless, form-fitting garments.
Research in the field of composite materials and other areas of design is carried out in the workshop, which serves as a national center for the preparation of knitting samples.
