On Wednesday, 2 March 2022, the first promotional event was held for Shenkar Members Club – a new club recently established at Shenkar thanks to the sponsorship of Orit Efrati – Chairperson of the Shenkar Board of Trustees. The club was founded by Hadas Fuhrer, Tal Goren, Miri Tuchmeir, and Gal Shenfeld in collaboration with Daniel Altman – Chief Innovation, Development and Strategy Officer at Shenkar.

The event was attended by 50 guests, including Katia Gaydamak, Virginie Haggiag, Mor and Nilly Assia, Nilly Fuhrer Rabinovich, Einat Ben-Moshe, Maya Gura, Sigal Shachmon, and Dana Unger.

This was the club’s first gathering of this kind, and it included a tour of the Departments of Fashion Design and Jewelry Design, a visit to the Digital Prototyping Center, and a visit to an exhibit on Shenkar’s Rose Textile and Fashion Archive.

During the tour, the guests heard about innovative and creative projects that started out in academic programs as well as about prominent alumni who continue to scale new heights after their academic studies.

Shenkar Members Club was founded to introduce Shenkar's activities and achievements through workshops, lectures, exhibits, and more to a group of selected members who will be partners in Shenkar's work and mission.

Membership in Shenkar Members Club is an exciting opportunity to support the institution’s students and alumni and help them integrate into Israeli and global industry.
