Shenkar's Board of Trustees hold the highest authority in the institution, they determine the main points of management, development and budget policies. The Board of Trustees comprises both Israeli and foreign members, and includes key players in the Israeli economy, industry and academia.

Convening annually at Shenkar, the Board members receive an update on what is happening at the college, hear about the vision and future programs, meet students and members of faculty, and make decisions in principle on various matters.

Members of the Board of Trustees are elected to the Executive Committee, which is currently headed by Mr. Zvika Yemini, who is responsible for determining the College's ongoing administrative policy and supervising the professional subcommittees.
