In May 2022, a collaboration agreement was signed between Shenkar and UEMF, a university under the patronage of His Majesty King Mohammed VI of Morocco.

The collaboration between the two institutions that culminated in a workshop focused on AI in relation to agriculture, food security and mobility in big cities, took place on January 2023, at Shenkar and was led by Prof. Shmuel Kenig, Shenkar's Vice President and the International School.

The workshop brought together a diverse assembly of participants, encompassing researchers and scientists from UEMF, led by Prof. Mostapha Bousmina, UEMF's president, as well as researchers and scientists from Shenkar, led by Prof. Sheizaf Rafaeli, Shenkar's president. Officials from the Ministry of Transportation, Tel Aviv Municipality, Ayalon Highways, ELIA Transportation & Engineering, Via Israel and MOOVIT, participated in the workshop as well.

The workshop was held under the generous support of the Israeli Ministry of Regional Cooperation.
