A group of researchers from the School of Industrial Engineering & Management have published an article in the prestigious journal “Engineering Applications of Artificial Intelligence”
We are proud to announce that the article “A Procedure for Anomaly Detection and Analysis,” written by Dr. Michal Koren, Dr. Oded Koren, and Or Peretz, a research team in the School of Industrial Engineering & Management, has been accepted for publication by the journal, Engineering Applications of Artificial Intelligence. The journal is a global leader in Artificial Intelligence, rated as Q1, with an Impact Factor of 8.6.
The article discusses utilizing the “feature-wise” procedure for finding anomalies through predefined thresholds. The significant advantage of this method is the ability to use different techniques to detect anomalies for the same data set. The article shows an improvement (by a considerable percentage) in finding anomalies compared to currently accepted methods.
