We offer our warmest congratulations to Prof. Ehud Menipaz, dean of Shenkar’s School of Industrial Engineering & Management, for receiving a Lifetime Achievement Award at the 22nd Industrial Engineering and Management Conference (IEM) on June 2, 2021.

The award was presented by Prof. Emeritus Nachum Finger, who heads the Lifetime Achievement Award Committee. He said: “In an extraordinary show of respect, a joint committee comprised of leaders in academia and the Association of Engineers in Israel decided to celebrate Prof. Ehud Menipaz’ many accomplishments in academia and industry—and especially in the intersections between the two—by presenting him with a Lifetime Achievement Award.”

Prof. Emeritus Ehud Menipaz received the Lifetime Achievement Award for his scientific contribution, for promoting industry-academia collaborations, taking part in groundbreaking thought-processes at the Association of Engineers, for civil and academic leadership, and for decades of impactful work in engineering, industry, and management. Menipaz’s contributions have had a regional, national, and international impact.
