Keren Etkin is a gerontologist and the Director of AgeLabIL at Shenkar.  AgeLabIL is the first international and inter-disciplinary teaching and research gerontechnology lab in Israel, which creates innovative tech-based solutions for older adults and those who care for them. 
 
AgeLabIL works with business, government and NGO sectors and offers theoretical as well as practical courses in gerontechnology design and engineering, to students from years 2+.
