Department of Electrical & Electronic Engineering Curriculum
Courses in the Department of Electrical & Electronic Engineering at Shenkar are taught in small groups and in a warm environment by some of the best lecturers from academia and industry.
Students have access to technologically advanced laboratories with the latest equipment, and each student has their own computerized workstation.
The curriculum includes four stages:
- Providing a broad and comprehensive grounding in the core sciences (mathematics, physics and computers).
- Developing engineering and management skills.
- Learning about the latest global trends in advanced technology and communication tools.
- Developing creativity to prepare graduates for business innovation and developing ideas.
The department offers two specialist tracks for those studying for their bachelor's degree in electrical and electronic engineering (availability of each specialization is subject to a minimum number of registered students): optics and lighting engineering, and VLSI.
