A Festive Launch Event for Shenkar’s New Young Friends Organization: Shenkar Members Club
On Sunday, 10.7.2022, the Shenkar Members Club held a launch event on the Shenkar campus in Ramat Gan.
The Shenkar Members Club (SMC), a nonprofit organization, was established to promote Shenkar graduates. The vision of this "young friends" organization is to chart a route with an innovative and dynamic perspective, to serve as a bridge between the business community and Shenkar's graduates, and to advance fruitful collaborations.
Members of the new friends' organization spearhead the Israeli economy, including friends and graduates who hold key roles in the economy and Israeli society, with extensive experience and numerous successes.
The opening of the new friends' organization heralds the introduction of a young, refreshing and innovative spirit into Shenkar. It aims to contribute to the integration of graduates into Israeli industry, creating opportunities and working towards a better, more supportive, financially prosperous and thriving society.
The guests were invited to tour the annual graduate exhibition. They viewed final projects and met with recent graduates from the different departments in Shenkar.
Sheizaf Rafaeli, president of Shenkar, opened the evening with a speech, congratulating the new initiative that was revived in the past month at Shenkar under the department of development and strategy under the management of Daniel Altman. Shenkar’s Young Friends Club was established by the founders Hadas Fuhrer, Tal Goren, Miri Tuchmeir and Gal Shenfeld under the auspices of Orit Efrati, the chair of the Board of Governors.
