In March 2023, Shenkar Members Club (SMC) & Impact Collections launched Shenkar’s new mentorship program: Bein HaZmanim.

The new program connects young artists who have just completed their studies at Shenkar’s Multidisciplinary Art School with the school’s alumni community.

The program aims to help fresh Shenkar graduates by facilitating their transition from studying to living and working as independent artists and by strengthening the intergenerational ties in the artist community.

Unlike other programs, the personal mentorship process offered by Bein HaZmanim enables mentees to learn from their elders’ personal experience and take part in hands-on workshops and masterclasses hosted by Shenkar alumni who have already established themselves as artists and boast over a decade of experience in the Israeli art scene.  

Initially launched at Shenkar's School of Multidisciplinary Art, the program is set to expand to more departments in the coming year.
